Andam vs Pindam & need for the day, Intelligent living of olden days.

"Andathil ullathu pindathil and pindathil ullathu andathil" (what is there in the globe is in our body and what is in our body is in the globe), if sidhdhas have told that the body and the world are the same, then, now we have the problem of Global warming, which we know and what is the equivalent to that in the body? 
One symptom is diabetes or Sugar. Now we know this disease is spreading like fire. How they are related?


We can see diabetes or sugar is due to increase in the body heat which is similar to the global warming of the world.

Sugar is a disease due to pancreas which has stopped functioning or not functioning properly. Pancreas is in between liver and spleen. Do you know why it has stopped functioning? Mainly because of heat.
Any activity we do whether it is good or bad, heat is generated in the body (this can be seen even in machines). So need to do something to cool it, if not, the heat energy damages the organs by drying them up.
Now pancreas has dried up completely and has stopped functioning. This is called sugar and slowly it starts damaging other organs.

No modern medicine is able to cure this disease because they do not solve the root cause of the problem, i.e. the dried pancreas.
So we need to cool down the body. The olden and golden methods to cool the body are - 
1. Taking good oil bath two days in a week.
2. Fasting once in 15 days, which will give rest to the internal organs and reduces the heat for sometime.
3. Taking bath in bath tub (:-)) or in a big water bodies like rivers or lakes.
4. Drinking more water.
5. Do meditations to give rest to the mind.
6. Reduce the time of watching TV (because it heats up the machine and the body)
7.  They never used to sleep in beds, they used only good mats (paai). 
One final suggestion -
1. Take a bowl full of ground water or other water without chlorine.
2. Hold your breath and put your face inside with the fore-head to chin inside the water after few deep breaths.
3. Open your eyes and then the mouth. bring your tongue out. (inside the water). Hold it as much you can. Then come out.
4. Repeat the process for 7 times.
5. In between take deep breaths - 5 times.

Our internal organs are connected to eyes, nose, mouth tongue etc. So this cooling methods cool them.
People having sugar should do this, every morning and evening.
Their eyes would have become red, this indicates the body heat coming out through the eyes. This will definitely cure sugar in long run.

They say 70% of the diseases are due to body heat. So global warming increases the temperature of the world causing various natural problems and increasing body heat is creating various diseases in the system. 

Need for the day

Andam -
In the Global perspective, if look - Wood has to be burnt for the land to absorb fast, Burning gives out gas(metal), from which water comes(rain). Water is needed for the wood to grow.
Pindam -
In the body, Food is digested, waster water comes out as urine and solid part as shit. Also the waste air comes out as CO2. 


If look at Andam and Pindam together, Our breath out is breath in for trees. Like this there is a proper recycling is happening. This cannot be done by anything else. We are highly connected to the globe, so things happen in globe affect us and we can affect the globe.

Agraharam houses (intelligent healthy living):

People of olden days have a lot of thought about healthy living. That's why even in houses, they had provided wooden structures, which represents the space element of pancha bhoothas. That too in the roofs they had provided nice wooden bars which were helpful in reducing the heat in the house. Today's concrete buildings are the main reason for body heat increase and sugar.


They also built the houses with high ventilation and space for all the pancha bhoothas. Even the long structure is similar to our body inside. 
"Vaayil" means entrance. "Vaai" means mouth. Mouth is the entrance for our body inside and similar to that Vaayil is the entrance for the house inside. At the entrance there will be a small varrandah which is similar to our lungs. 
Then we see a hall with a store room by the side. That is similar to liver which is the energy storage for us. Then there is a small open space, which is similar to other organs around the stomach. The long structure indicates the long path down in the body. Then is the kitchen which is similar to the stomach. After that we can see the toilet and bathroom little away from the house at the end which are similar to the Large intestine and kidney.

They also used to eat in Banana leaves, which indicates space element. They were ensuring the participation of all the five elements in all the activities to have the right balance of healthy living. We are really fools to change that life style and suffer with health problems.
