How to get out of stress?

The way we get stress inside and undergo emotional turmoil, there is a way to get out of stress and feel peaceful. There are few steps to follow.

Heavy energy has to be below the hip, if that comes up, that becomes stress and the whole body becomes heavy.

1. Do physical exercise for the hip region. 10 situps, lie down (folding legs/ straighten legs) and get up with out support etc.

2. Then do some yogasanas and pranayamas if you know.

3. Then sit up right and think from the bottom with the colors as shown. Each time connect with the nature, in form of flowers, Greenery and the sky. Then the colors like violet and pink. Taking deep breath each time will help.

4. For the muladhara or below the hip area - red color
Above that in the abdoman area (swadhistana) - Orange, in the stomach region (manipuraha) - Yellow.

5. In anahatha - heart region - green. Vishudhi - throat - Blue, Aagna - Head - Violets.

6. Above that white. This will give relaxation. If possible connect with the real trees and sky.

Why to be a vegetarian? A must read to all, pls.

1) What are the animals which eat non-vegetarian food? Tiger, lion etc
How are their nails and teeth? very sharp

If we were made non-veg by nature, then we would have had such sharp nails and teeth. But we do not have them. So we are made vegetarian by nature.

What the lion does? It eats non-veg food and sleeps for long. How long the python's food takes for digestion? More than 2 days.

2) Do you know about the length of the intestine of those animals and us?
We have very long intestine than those animals (4 times longer). So the food will take longer time to travel for us than them.

3) When the animals get killed, they are fearful. So the vibration of fear is set in all the cells of those animals and so we will also get the same fear, if we eat that flesh.

4) The animals aten by humans, eat many unwanted food items like insects etc. So intern those food items will get into our system.

5) What is the time taken for the food items to get digested by humans?
Fresh vegetables and fruits - 2 hrs
Boiled Rice and proteins      - 4 hrs
For non-vegetarian foods     - 72 hrs

So it takes three days for the non-veg food to get digested. 3 days is a very long period. Any cooked food will get spoiled in 3 days. So the non-veg food will get spoiled completely inside the small intestine. The probability of getting intestine related issues is very high.

6) When we cook the non-veg food items, methane emission which depletes the ozone is very high. So why to torture our system and the environment?

7) If we say that we do not get energy from the vegetarian food, then i have a question -
Which is the animal we refer for bal or shakthi or high energy?
Elephant - Which is a vegetarian animal. So veg can be powerful

Which is the animal we refer to measure the speed of vehicles?
Horse - Which is a vegetarian animal. So veg can be faster.

Vegetarian food is safer and healthier.

Common Prayer - Christian & Hindus

By Hindus - common known statement -  Matha Pitha Guru deivam

Matha - Female aspect of the body. In arthanaareeswar it is in the left side. Mother who is the first one to influence us.

Pitha - Male aspect of the body in the right side. Father who is the second one.

Guru - In the center of the head. The energy which is guiding us through awareness and knowledge.

Deivam -  It is in the heart. Love, it is the divine. Thru Guru We realize and experience the divine love.

During Sandhyavandhan (Upanayanam), the sacred ash is put 7 places in the body. Out of those the first 4 places are similar.

Ohm Medhavi Bhuyaasam (Forehead) - May I be Intelligent
Ohm Thejasvi Bhuyaasam (Herat) - May I be Bright and powerful
Ohm Varchasvi Bhuyaasam (Right shoulder) - May I be Energetic
Ohm Brahma Varchasvi Bhuyaasam (Left Shoulder) - May I become Holy

The last 3 are naval, throat and top of the head.

Christian prayer is very similar.

All the religions teach us good things. We only need to follow them daily.

Arundhathi Vrath

Arundhati Vrata is observed on Pratipada ie first day, of the Chaitra Month. Accoeding to a legend when Vasishtha was given a place in the skies in the Saptarshi Mandala he accepted it only when his wife Arundhati was allowed to accompany him. In remembrance of the Rishis love for his wife the Vrata is performed.
People bathe in a water body on the first day and take a pledge not to indulge in wrong doings. A fast is observed with an oath of loyalty for the spouse. On second day a Kalasha is put on a heap of rice and worshipped as Ganesha. Idols of Arundhati, Vasishtha and Dhruva are also installed. On third day Parvati and Shiva are worshipped for prosperity.

Arundhati Vrat is observed by married women as a commemoration of Sage Vasishta’s love and affection towards his wife Arundhati. Arundhati Vrat katha or the legend of this vrata says, when Vasista was offered a place in the Saptarshi Mandala, he accepted it only when his wife Arundhati was allowed to accompany him.

Strict fasting is observed by the performers during Arundhati Vrata. Those who observe this vrata for three days should keep fasting on the first day. Lord Ganesha is installed in the form of Kalasha on the second day and Ganesha Pujan is observed. Arundhati and Vashishta are also installed at puja place and offered pujan. On the third and concluding day, Shiva and Parvati are worshipped. Those who observe Arundhati vrata on Tritiya day will perform all the above rituals on the single day.

A real Valantine

The aura of a person has different colors with respect to the chakras.
This aura map is very similar to the Lingothbhavar seen in south indian temples.
We can see the representation of negatives as an animal form under the feet in lingothbhavar. This negativism should not go up in the body and positivism should be retained. For that the dress was designed. e.g. Panchakacham. UnStitched cloth with fleets going under.
Similar to the vertical aura, horizontal aura is in the shape of heart full of love.
This makes one very cool.
Three dimensional view of the aura of a person. This also can be in the shape of a heart.
Energy retention and sharing are given above. Energy is received from the cosmos.
The day when One sees his/her heart and experiences his/her aura would be a real valentine's day.

333 - 3 ladies - 3 poses - 3 emotions

Saraswathi
She is depicted with her right leg folded. If we sit and observe, we feel energetic and creative which is in the stomach region. So in the image, she is shown as sitting in white lotus with veena (music), book (learning), japamala (chanting) and with a peacock at the background (dance). One becomes peaceful.

Chinese and Indian cultures meet

In Acupuncture, the organs are categorized as Yin and Yang.

1) Yin organs' channels start or end at Wood element. (Wood - Energy Out)
Yang organs' channels start or end at Metal element. (Metal - Energy In).

2)
Yin organs' channels start or end around the chest region.
Yang organs' channels start or end in head region.

If we combine these two, Metal is related to head and Wood is related to the chest.

Let us come to Hindu Gods, mainly Shiva's family and Mahavishnu.

Shiva, Parvathi and Lord Karthikeya have metal instruments in their hands. It represents energy in and out through head.

In dhashavathar, we can note that all the human forms have a wooden instrument in their hand.(vamana - a wooden umbrella, Parashurama - axe, Rama - dhanush, Balrama - plough (kalappai), Krishna - Flute). It represents energy in and out through heart.

We have seen before that Shiva represents head (metal) and Vishnu represents heart (wood). Somehow they are matching here in form of their instruments.
More pictures with these instruments.

With this wood and metal thought, we can go to the other extreme. The places where the evils are removed, we can see a nail being pierced in a tree. The bad energy is sucked by the small metal piece, pierced and sent into the tree. The energy gets absorbed by the tree and sent to the cosmos.

Somewhere spirituality and the science of acupuncture are meeting.
