Horrifying things to be noted today

Following are the important areas for a nation's growth. But all these things are going through a tough time.

Agriculture is being destroyed (vyavasaya)
By various factors such as 100 days working scheme, industrialization,
Tasmac the work force is diverted.
No value is given for their products.
The good agricultural lands are being sold as plots.

Dairy is diverted, (gaushala)
By destroying deshi cows, by promoting Jersey cows which causes many diseases and no quality output. Even the deshi cows give birth to jersey cows because no natural breeding is done. Injection given the veterinary hospitals are of Jersey cows only.
Dairy system is a supporting system of agriculture which is going through a tough time.

Education system is exploited (Vidya)
High fees and no quality.
No respect to teachers.
Teachers are paid very low.
Too many unwanted colleges and no relevant work.
For the available work no qualified people.
Money can give degree.

Medical system is exploited (Vaidya)
Focuses on money.
Too many tests and no proper diagnosis.
No respect for the traditional medical systems such sidhha, Ayurveda etc.
Wrong treatments and death.
Many diseases to create regular customers.
No complete cure for any of the diseases.

Business is exploited (Vyapara)
Small industries are destroyed.
Lot of harmful to health, products are sold by big companies.
Money is the only focus and no focus on quality products.
No business ethics.
Workers are treated as slaves.
Small merchants cannot survive.

Defence system is exploited (Suraksha)
They are paid low. No respect.
Not even eligible for applying loans

Vyavasaya - gives quality food to get a healthy society,
Vidya - gives quality education for a  good community,
Vaidya - Helps to protect the health of the society,
Vyapara - Helps the good things to reach the people

Unless focus is given to improve the situation of these, growth of our nation will be a question mark for ever.

Diabetes is a myth

Reversing Type II diabetes

Myth -

Diabetes is not hereditary,  it cannot be controlled controlled by exercise or medication.
We believe that it is due to excessive sugar in blood and if it is under control, we think that we are safe.

Truth -

Carbohydrate is converted to sugar starch and fiber and can be broken down to glucose in our body. Insulin is the key to open the cells in our body to put this inside.
Sugar means insulin resistance and the medicines force the muscle, organs and fat cells to accept more sugar.

Why  cells refuse insulin that "I don't need sugar anymore" ?
Because they are already having enough sugar in them.

Cells are stuffed with more sugar by the medicines and are suffering.

Normal medicines taken are - Malformin, Glyciphage, Glycomet, Actose, Glipzide, Glyburide and finally to insulin injections.

After all these medicines what happens is -
  1. Kidney becomes weak
  2. Eyes deteriorate
  3. Heart problem
  4. Numbness in hands and feet

When the sugar is pushed in the liver, Pancreas, muscles and fat cells, that will cause severe damage to them. No dietary fat will cause fatty liver but sugar does. So after sugar, fatty liver and then varieties of damage of the organs. Vitamin B12 supplement is very important.

Steps to reverse

Step 1 : Make dietary changes.

Stop putting in sugar, in all the forms. We cannot solve the dietary disease without changing the diet.

  1. Half the plate to have vegetables
  2. ii. In the other 1/2, 1/3rd should be ghee, 1/3rd should be carbohydrate and 1/3rd to be proteins.

  • Ghee is a good fat and so it should be doubled. This gives a feeling of contentment and takes time to digest.
  • Chew for 33 times or for 10 mins because undigested food will be come sugar fast.

Below are some of the food we think as OK, but are NOT.
  1. Wheat in the market are hybrid and is having high sugar. i.
  2. Digestive biscuits, have high sugar.
  3. Skimmed milk is very harmful.
  4. Diet Coke has high sugar and high chemicals.

What can we eat?

  1. Go back to the fruits which your grandmother could recognize.
  2. Dheshi cow's  organic fat is good for health. Means Local/Deshi cow's milk products.
  3. Green leafs (Spinach etc) are very good
  4. Say NO to oats. Because it is processed.
  5. Don't drink juice, but eat the fruits with the fibres.
  6. Eat more nuts
  7. Natural sugar will decay fast and the processed food will have artificial sugar in it.
  8. Bitter ones like methi seeds and karela are good.
  9. Fruits like pomegranate and papaya are good
  10. Sweet potato is better than potato.
  11. Millet is good. Stick to those which our ancestors ate.
  12. Deshi ghee or cold pressed oils from seeds such as peanuts, mustard and coconut are good to use.

Step 2 : Intermittent fasting

Burn away the excess sugar stored in the cells.

This is proven by WHO for being young.
Human body is meant to fast and feast.

Never eat six meals, more than 3 meals is harmful.
Eat only three meals with nothing in between.

How to do fasting?
  1. Start with 12 hrs of fasting, between dinner and breakfast.
  2. Tea without milk in the morning is very very important.
  3. Slowly change that to Dinner and 8 pm and then the lunch at 12 pm. This is the best possible medicine.
How fasting helps?
  • When the body starves, it pulls sugar out of the cells and organs for energy.
  • Liver and pancreas can no longer be fatty.
  • They begin to secrete hormones properly again.
How to prevent acidity during fasting?
  • Drink alkaline water early morning before starting the fasting. Note that drinking plain water will not help. (Alkaline water preparation - Put a piece of lemon and 2 long pieces of cucumber in one liter of water and keep it aside for 12 hrs. After that the water is alkaline)
  • Mixture of turmeric powder and amla powder in 1: 4 ratio put in one glass of warm water can help in reducing sugar and acidity.
  • With water little lemon and honey can be taken during fasting.

Step 3 : Weekly once take oil bath.

Heat in the body is one of the main reasons for sugar. To reduce the heat, like our ancestors take oil bath. (In tamil diabetes is called as "Neerazhivu noi", death of water in the body, which means high heat.
  1. Weekly twice or once put oil on the whole body or at least on the head.
  2. Keep it for one hour.
  3. After that take a nice bath with sheekakkai or shampoo.
Better to use hot sesame oil which can cool the body well.

Got rid of skin disease

I got some injury in the back in the year 2007. I took some Ayurveda treatment in Art Of living Wellness center in Chennai and forgot about it.

After 2011, I got a strange skin disease called Eczema. This was so severe that the wounds in the legs and hands were watering. I was feeling miserable with the wounds because was unable to do anything. Started to take various treatments from English medicines, Homeopathy, Ayurveda etc.

Took Ayurveda, 10 days Virechana 2 times in the Ashram. The intensity of the disease got reduced but it was not cured. Finally in 2013, I went to a Sidhha Doctor in Tirunelveli, who was also and acupuncturist, told me that the injury at the back is the root cause of the problem. That injury from inside is giving pressure to your lungs and since the lungs is unable to function properly, it pushes the toxins to the skin. So if you treat the back this skin disease will be cured.

Now I know the cause, so started to take treatment for the back. Went to another Sidhha Doctor in Chennai, she gave me a continuous massage to my back and the Eczema disease was completely cured. In the year 2014-15, I was out of Eczema.

Problem in lungs will cause, skin disease is a knowledge. Also I understood the value of traditional medicine method of Tamil Nadu called Sidhha.

All these happened by the grace of the divine!!!

Bone fracture fixed

In the year 2016, my left leg small finger got hit in a side wall and was fractured. I waited bearing the pain for nearly 10 days, thinking that it will be cured on its own. But the finger was bending out of my foot. So I consulted an orthopedist and he told me looking at the x-ray that it should be operated by putting a small iron needle. It is a very minor operation. It will cost Rs.1 lakh.

I thought if it is a fracture I should be able to fix it with our traditional medical methods. So I took a taxi to reach out to Puthur bone fixing center in chennai. But the OLA taxi driver told me that, even puthur method might cause infection, but there is a traditional method in Tirunelveli, called Pandaravilai which is foolproof.

I was not knowing anything about Pandaravilai, but traveled to my native. I found the clinic and they asked me to buy an egg and a piece of clothe there itself and I did. But he told me that it might take a longer time since I came very late. I told fine. With a small wooden stick and the clothe he tied it. Once in every 3 days I was supposed to visit the clinic.

I was doing that. The regular milk man to home, suggested another vaidhya of that area, who will come home and treat. He was an old man of age around 83 years and he was a travelling vaidhya. He came home and his work was perfect and my problem got fixed with less than the estimated time. The total treatment cost was around Rs. 1000/-

Our Indian tradition has lot of such secrets which are to be explored and brought out for the welfare of the people. The younger generation should be ready to learn such methods as a service to the people.

Human life and Water

Living
1.Survival
2.Education
3.Economy
4.Communication & Transport

5.Politics
1. Survival
Air - means breath
Water – 70% of human body is water
Food - To cultivate or cook the food we need water

2. Education
1.Knowledge and faith on self (Adhyatmika)
Body
Mind etc.
2.Knowledge and faith on the world (Adhibhauthika)
Material or physical world
Today’s education partially covers
3.Knowledge and faith on the divine (Adhidaivika)
The supreme power takes care of all

3. Economy

4. Communication and Transport

5. Politics

Time and living
We spend initial 22 years in gaining Adhibhauthika knowledge (2.2)
With that knowledge the next 38 years we work to acquire economical status (3 & 4)
Very few get time for Adhyatmika and adhidaivika knowledge (2.1 & 2.3)
We don’t care about the politics (5).
For the foundation of survival, we need to think how much time and energy we give (1)

Conclusion
Most of us forget the important things of survival and lead a life for money which is much more than our fundamental needs.
Most of us spend our valuable time in one of the black boxes in 3 sizes or roam around or gossip on unwanted things.
If the needs are being fulfilled then it is better to work for the needs of survival of future generation – that is water
