Is Alcohol a slow poison?

Harms of alcohol/drugs etc on the body

•  Small quantity of it is absorbed by the stomach and major quantity is absorbed by the small intestine.

•    It depends on the type of alcohol. More than beer, whine etc get absorbed faster

•     It is immediately get into the blood and runs all over the body. The whole body tries to remove it through all organs like kidney, lungs, liver. That’s why liver dies soon.

•       It is like committing suicide slowly.

Harms of alcohol/drugs etc on the brain/mind

•       Through blood it reaches the brain

•       It is called BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration)

•       From BAC 0.03% to 0.12%

–      He feels he can do anything

–      He cannot make right decisions

–       Whatever mind says is correct to them and he acts as per the words of others

•       From BAC 0.9% to 0.25%

–      One will feel sleepy too much

–      He will forget things immediately

–      Cannot act fast or Body will not cooperate and cannot walk

–      Eye sight will reduce and Taste cannot be experienced 

•       From BAC 0.18% to 0.35%

           –      He does not know what he is doing and would be completely confused

              –     Too emotional and cannot talk properly

        –      Body reflex will be lost. i.e. Coordination among eye sight, brain, hands would have been lost.

•       From BAC 0.25% to 0.4%

             –        He will be like a log of wood and cannot stand

       –       He will loose consciousness and might vomit

•       From BAC 0.35% to 0.5%

            –  Would have lost consciousness completely

            –  Reflex would have been lost completely

        –  Even the eyeball will not work

       –  Body would be cold and heart beat & breath rate will reduce

       –   Might die
